Adam is an ICF PCC credentialed Leadership Coach & a certified Designing Your Work Life coach with a strong background working in leadership roles himself for big brands such as Nike and Saatchi & Saatchi. 

His passion is working with emerging leaders to help them lead with confidence, develop an authentic brand and flourish in their new role. He has a strong track record of working with senior employees to help them manage imposter syndrome and develop the emotional agility required to be an inspiring leader. He also enjoys working with employees going through other career transitions such as relocation, redundancy or becoming a working parent. 

As a coach, Adam is curious, challenging, empathetic and playful. His clients have described his sessions as “relaxed”, “insightful” and even “transformative”. He’s worked with leaders at Anglo American De Beers, Autotrader, BBC, Boots, HSBC, SkyBet and Starbucks. 

Adam is currently going through a period of change himself as he adapts to an empty nest following his two sons leaving home. In his spare time he enjoys running through the fields of the Oxford/Bucks border and supporting Birmingham City FC from afar.
