Abby Marcus, MSc

Founder, Executive Coach and Business Psychologist (UK)

Abby founded Bread+Butter on a simple belief: that lasting change in organisations comes from understanding people, not just processes. With a Masters in Occupational Psychology and over 14 years in Learning & Development, she has led large-scale learning and change initiatives across fast-moving, high-growth businesses.

Her current focus is helping organisations build the learning culture that makes AI adoption genuinely work — drawing on her deep expertise in behaviour change to create something more durable than a training day. She also works closely with managers and leaders at all levels, designing development programmes and coaching individuals on leadership skills, confidence and personal impact.

She is an ILM-qualified executive coach, based in London.
